5:30am - 10pm Weekdays
7am - 1pm Weekends

Instead of open-ended memberships, we run 8-week personalised cohorts designed specifically for peri & menopausal women who want structure, safety and clear guidance.

FAQs
Do I need to be fit to join?
No. Most women start as complete beginners, and the First-Timers cohort is built specifically for this.
What if I’m anxious or haven’t trained in years?
You’ll be joining a group of women starting at the same time as you. Everything is explained, demonstrated and supported.
Is this suitable if I’m hypermobile or have chronic pain?
Yes. Our coaches are menopause-aware and joint-friendly, with modifications for pain, stiffness and hypermobility. We may need to chat with your consultant or GP to check if there's anything we need to adapt to.
Can I switch pathways later?
Yes. After the cohort, you can move into Personal Gym Programme, Gym & Classes, SGPT, or repeat a cohort. We’ll guide you.
What equipment do I need?
Nothing. Everything is provided in the gym.
Will this be too hard?
No. Each pathway is tailored to your starting point. You’ll progress at your own pace with full support.
When do the cohorts run?
Cohorts run in term-time cycles throughout the year. You’ll join the next intake.
What happens after the 8 weeks?
You can continue into the next cohort, move into classes, SGPT, or follow a new programme. We’ll help you choose the best fit.
