It's for women who are fed up of not putting themselves first and they need a programme that will bring them strength, fitness and glowing confidence.

We will guide you through a truly personalised process, with real coaches, there with you throughout, whether you're at home or in the gym.

Inside the programme:

  • Your training and nutrition is tailored to you and your goals, that you work through with the team. Whether that means ultra-gentle movement, structured strength work, or higher-intensity sessions

  • You’ll progress at the right pace, with safety and joint health prioritised

  • Weekly check-ins and daily coach chat and support inside the app ensure you’re never left to figure things out alone

 

This programme adapts to you as you go, so you’re always doing what’s appropriate now, not what a generic plan assumes you should be doing.

In the gym, at home, with or without dumbbells, it doesn't matter, we will flex to you.

Plus you can message the coaching team anyday you need to, and you will get a human reply.

FAQs

Do I need equipment?

No. We will flex to what you have access to.

I haven’t trained in years. Will I be able to do this?

Yes. Pretty much everyone starts as a beginner. You will love it.

What if I already train regularly and with high intensity?

We can give you structure, progression, and accountability for the full 6 weeks, even as a seasoned lifter.

What if I have hypermobility?

Our founder is hypermobile and it's an area of specialty for us. As standard we include stability-focused sessions, gentle progressions, and joint-friendly options. You would need to be cleared by your GP to exercise but rarely is that an issue as the advice for hypermobility is usually to strengthen!

How long are the sessions?

20–45 minutes each, depending on what you need, but that's customisable.

What happens after January?

You’re welcome to continue into our ongoing online programmes or transitions.
