FAQs

Do I need equipment?

No. Each pathway includes an equipment-free option. If you have dumbbells, you can use them, but they’re not required.

I haven’t trained in years. Will I be able to do this?

Yes. The Ultra-Beginner Hypermobile pathway is specifically designed for women starting again, moving through pain, or feeling anxious.

What if I already train regularly and with high intensity?

The Athlete pathway gives you structure, progression, and accountability for the full 8 weeks, even as a seasoned lifter.

What if I have hypermobility or chronic pain?

The hypermobile pathway includes stability-focused sessions, gentle progressions, and joint-friendly options. You would need to be cleared by your GP to exercise but rarely is that an issue as the advice for hypermobility is usually to strengthen!

How long are the sessions?

20–45 minutes each, depending on what you need. Easy to fit into busy midlife routines.

What happens after January?

You’re welcome to continue into our ongoing online programmes or transitions, we’ll guide you at the end of the Reset.

Do I get access to all pathways?

Yes, you can explore all three if you wish. Most women choose one and stick to it for consistency and of course, we will help you choose the perfect fit.
