Our space is for women who;

  • feel anxious walking into “normal” gyms

  • haven’t trained in years (or ever)

  • live with chronic pain, hypermobility or hormonal shifts

  • have dieted their whole lives and still felt wrong​

The atmosphere in the gym is great. There's always laughter, great music, and huge amounts of support from the coaches and other gym users... I cannot recommend the club enough... I'm hooked!
