The workouts are incredibly varied and each move has a beginner, intermediate or advanced level to suit your ability. There is never any pressure to do more than you able to and there is definitely no comparison with others. You cannot fail this programme! It doesn’t matter how many times you have to stop, as long as you pick yourself back up and keep going, you are winning!

We are all part of a WhatsApp group where we inspire and motivate each other on a daily basis, so you are never on your own!
