Our classes are designed specifically for peri & menopausal women who want guided, supportive training without the pressure of a big commercial gym.

Every class is supportive, structured and beginner-friendly, and every coach understands midlife bodies, hormonal shifts, anxiety, pain and hypermobility.

FAQs
Do I need to be fit to join the classes?
No. All classes are beginner-friendly, and coaches offer modifications for every fitness level.
What if I’m anxious, overweight or haven’t trained in years?
You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive women-only space where everyone is welcoming. No mirrors, no judgement, no pressure.
Are the classes suitable if I’m peri or menopausal?
Yes. All sessions are designed with midlife bodies in mind, with joint-friendly options, low-impact alternatives and coach-led pacing.
What if I have hypermobility, chronic pain or injuries?
Our coaches provide pain-aware, joint-friendly modifications. Mobility & Conditioning classes are especially helpful. We may need to get sign off from your GP/Consultant, but we will talk you through what you need.
How often should I come?
We recommend 1 of each (Strength, Cardio, Mobility/Conditioning) per week, but you can do as many as you like.
Do I need any equipment?
No. Everything is provided in the gym. Just bring water and comfortable clothes.
Can I mix classes freely?
Yes, you can attend any class on the timetable during your membership.
What happens afterwards?
You can continue into the next cohort, move into Gym & Classes, or join a strength-specific programme. We’ll help guide you.
