These programmes are designed for peri & menopausal women who want to start 2025 feeling stronger, more capable and more confident in a women-only space.

They’re perfect if you:

  • feel anxious in “normal” gyms

  • need patient, supportive coaches

  • haven’t trained in years (or ever)

  • prefer real-life accountability

  • want to build strength with proper guidance

  • live with hypermobility, chronic pain or low confidence

FAQs

Do I need to be fit to join?

No. All January programmes are beginner-friendly, with options for anxious starters, returners, and women who haven’t trained in years.

What if I’ve got hypermobility, injuries or chronic pain?

Our coaches are menopause-aware and joint-friendly. Small Group PT is the best option if you need more personalised support and feel particularly nervous, with the Gym Programme being a close second.

What’s included in the Gym or Class programme?

Unlimited access to your chosen space, training, plans, technique guidance, bonus mobility pack, progress tracker, and access to a supportive women-only space.

What equipment do I need?

Nothing. Everything is provided in the gym and studios. Just bring water and comfortable clothes.

How big are the classes?

Class sizes vary up to 10-15, but all are coached in a supportive, non-intimidating women-only environment.

How big are the Small Group PT groups?

Groups have 5 women so you get personalised coaching and technique attention.

What if I’m nervous?

Nearly every woman who joins us starts from a place of anxiety or uncertainty. The January intake is specifically designed to make starting feel safe, supported and manageable.

What happens after January?

You’ll have the option to continue with memberships, classes, or ongoing Small Group PT. Your coach will guide you to the best next step.
